Therefore, when the system gathers the information, those cells KPI values will not influence the network report at any level.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"HOW_TO_USE\"><b>HOW TO USE<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>1 &#8211; <\/b>First, discover the ID of the cells you want to exclude from your reports.<\/p>\n<p><b>2 &#8211;<\/b> After doing that, click on the workspace option (you can find it on the tabs menu just above the treeview).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1262\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"411\" height=\"509\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>3 &#8211;<\/b> Next, in the Workspace Preferences window, select the public workspace called <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>PUB: Import Exl Cells<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1263\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"413\" height=\"482\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>4 &#8211;<\/b> Download the Exclusion Cells template.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1264\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"661\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>5 &#8211;<\/b> In the file, put all the information about the cells you want to exclude from the report. It is important to fill the template correctly and insert the tech, controller ID, site ID, and cell ID along with the period of time that you want to exclude them.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1265\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"717\" height=\"278\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> <\/span>There are different identifications for Controller ID, Site ID and Cell ID for each tech and vendor. There are three possible states:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pending &#8211; the system is waiting to process the report.<\/li>\n<li>Processing &#8211; the system is processing the report.<\/li>\n<li>Processed &#8211; the report is finalized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-7.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1268\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Exclusion-Cells-step-7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1520\" height=\"349\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>9 &#8211; <\/b>After the processing is done, it is time to get the KPI report.
