The module allows the configuration of multiple KPIs and KQIs for all the different network domains: RAN, Core and Transmission. This means that the service monitoring happens for all the network and not only for its elements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This end-to-end focus allows SQT to handle all those domains&#8217; correlations complexities. So, it brings the capacity to make end-to-end analysis organized by geographical regions. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With a modern interface that is simple to use, SQT is focused on map visualization, allowing the comparison between data from different domains simultaneously.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"About_KQIs\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><b>About KQIs<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A KQI is a Key Quality Indicator that is responsible for describing the quality of a service through parameters that are experienced by the customer. So, the use of KQIs allows the user to have a better understanding of the network as it is seen by the customer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While KPIs are mainly technical and specific indicators of the various parts of the network, the KQIs are\u00a0the ones that cover the whole network quality, taking into consideration all domains (RAN, Core or Transmission).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the most used KQIs are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accessibility\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retainability<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Availability<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"HOW_TO_USE\"><b>HOW TO USE<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, on the NetChart\u2019s top menu, click on the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>SQT<\/strong><\/span> option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Menu-netchart.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1675\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Menu-netchart.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"33\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then, a new tab will appear on the interface.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-interface.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1676\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-interface.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"917\" height=\"594\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then, the user can choose the date interval he wants to monitor by clicking on the \u201cFrom\u201d and \u201cTo\u201d slots that are available on the SQT header.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-tab.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1677\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-tab.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"424\" height=\"31\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After that, on the left panel of SQT\u2019s interface, he will see the KPIs available and their value by tech type.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-panels-left-panel.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1678\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-panels-left-panel.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1368\" height=\"627\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through this panel, the user can set the needed configurations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And, on the right panel, for each KPI value selected, a map will appear colored with the KPI results for each region.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-Maps.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1679\" through map levels (Country, State and City) by clicking twice on the desired region.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also, when the user selects any KPI in the left panel, the system will show a table with information on the chosen option on the bottom of the interface.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a user has the possibility to choose the date aggregation mode (day, week, month).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-table-aggregation.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1681\" a specific KPI, the user can click on the table line with the chosen element and a chart will appear on the right side.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a when the user clicks with the mouse\u2019s left button on a specific region on the map.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"FUNCTIONS_DESCRIPTION\"><strong>FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span id=\"Maps_comparison\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><b>Maps comparison<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through the KPI panel, the user can select more than one KPI or group. When this happens, the left panel will show a map for each selection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This way, the user will be able to compare visually the data for the chosen KPIs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-Maps.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1679\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-Maps.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1134\" height=\"413\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><span id=\"Configuration\"><b>Configuration<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When clicking with the mouse\u2019s right button on any region of the map, the user will see a menu. There, he can choose to select that element on the treeview (here, the treeview with the chosen element will appear on the left panel) or to center the map visualization in the selected region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-Maps-Menu.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1684\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SQT-Maps-Menu.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1135\" height=\"411\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Zooming_option\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><b>Zooming option<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user can also zoom in and out of the maps by using the mouse scroll or the + and &#8211; buttons that appear on the left side of the map.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Zoom.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1685\" src=\"https:\/\/help.bwtech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Zoom.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"443\" height=\"214\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the maps shown in the panel will be affected simultaneously.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Drill_down\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><b>Drill down<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is also the possibility for the user to drill down from Country to State and finally to any City.
