It is difficult to obtain some information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possible solutions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refresh the page.<\/li>\n<li>Turn off the firewall programs.<\/li>\n<li>Disable some features of your computer&#8217;s antivirus.<\/li>\n<li>Check the network connections.<\/li>\n<li>Edit browser configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span id=\"ERROR_2\"><strong>ERROR 2<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Problem to load elements on the treeview.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possible solutions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automatic translate is activated, so it is recommended to turn off this option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span id=\"ERROR_3\"><strong>ERROR 3<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>NetChart is not loading completely or is loading only a part of its configuration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possible solutions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear the browser&#8217;s cache and try to refresh NetChart&#8217;s page.
