ERROR FEEDBACK
When NetChart encounters an error, the system displays a message for the user with some possible reasons for it.
And the user can choose if he wants to receive feedback about this error or not.
1 – Describe what you were doing when the error was displayed.
2 – Click YES to create a Trouble Ticket for this error.
3 – Click NO for the support team to handle this error silently.
4 – Attach files about the error.
