TROUBLESHOOTING

Below you can see the most common errors and the description of possible solutions.

ERROR 1

NetChart does not work fine. There are problems to load information on the system and error messages are displayed often. It is difficult to obtain some information.

Possible solutions:

• Refresh the page.
• Turn off the firewall programs.
• Disable some features of your computer’s antivirus.
• Check the network connections.
• Edit browser configuration.

ERROR 2

Problem to load elements on the treeview.

Possible solutions:

• Automatic translate is activated, so it is recommended to turn off this option.

ERROR 3

NetChart is not loading completely or is loading only a part of its configuration.

Possible solutions:

• Clear the browser’s cache and try to refresh NetChart’s page. To clear the cache, you can press Ctrl + Shift + Del in the browser.
